About to Join Synergy WorldWide? Here's What You Need To Know First.




One of the most common, and obviously expected questions I’m asked in regards to starting a business with Synergy WorldWide is “How does this business actually work, and how do I make it work for me?”

In this brief post, I am going to share with you how I earn an income with Synergy, and how you can as well.

One of the greatest benefits of building a network marketing business is that it can be done totally in your own time, in the location that suits you.

Whether that is at your home, during your lunch break at work - day or evening - the only thing you truly need is a few minutes a day to focus on contacting potential new customers, potential new team members, and those in your team who are already in your organization as either members or customers.

When you get started, you’ll receive a package of products delivered to your home, based on the order you have made – either the $500 or $200 pack (in the Australian market. Please see your sponsor as to what is recommended in your own country.)

The reason I recommend the $500 pack is simply so you can have more product available for your own personal use, and to share with your immediate family at home, and friends you come across day to day.
Part of developing your business is to also share product with those who are interested in joining as either customers or team members. If you have too little product on hand and someone wants to buy something from you on the spot, it makes it difficult to make an immediate sale if you have either run out or only have tubs or bottles that have already been opened.

My experience is people are most likely to buy something from you when it is there right in front of them for them to take home and use immediately.

 
Once you receive your products, my recommendation is you begin to become your best customer first. What does that mean? It means you learn how to use each product and begin to see the benefits yourself from day one.

It’s important to remember, most of what we use in Synergy is not meant to give you a sudden energy rush or cure you of a long term illness. Our products will however work to help
prevent many common health issues that develop over the years, and will definitely give you an overall feeling of general well-being when taken consistently used over time.

My suggestion is to do your own research so you can gain a better understanding towards what goes behind every product and the benefits you can expect from each one.

Your role as a Synergy distributor is to obviously create sales of these products, because that is what we are paid on. I won’t go into all the details of the marketing plan now, as there is plenty of information you can get through from either myself, your personal sponsor or online that explains it very clearly, however the bottom line is this: we are not paid to simply recruit people, we are only paid when a customer, or team member, makes a product purchase.

When someone you know and introduce to Synergy wants to become a customer, they can either purchase the product directly from you, or they can become what we call a Preferred Customer and buy the product at wholesale direct from the company, delivered direct to their door. For your customers who are interstate or overseas, this is often the best option.

From time to time, people like yourself will be looking to be more than a customer. They would like to gain the benefits of a great nutrition line, but are also interested in developing another income stream.

These people become Team Members. They not only get to use the product as they choose, but they can - like you - invite others to join as either team members or customers. The benefit to introducing a new team member is that Synergy tracks all the orders of both your team members and customers and pays you a commission on that sales volume on the 15th of every month.

Another team member in your group can also help create leverage for you. So instead of one person  - you - doing all the work, you now have two people building the business, with both of you earning the commissions that are due based on the volume of sales. And the best part is, you can bring in as many team members as you want, and so can they. 

So within just a short period of time, you could potentially have over a dozen distributors working with you, that not only boosts your income, but helps grow your business in the over 26 countries that Synergy now distributes product to.


As part of your initial training, we’ll show you how to attract both customers and new distributors. How to grow your income as rapidly as possible. And how to do this all without affecting the day to activities you currently do.

I’ll leave you with these four crucial tips to help you get started and create success in your first few weeks:

The first, is to make sure you register for the Synergy autoship programme. This means you have an order that you subscribe to every month of product shipped to your door. It helps make sure you have enough product on hand for your own personal use, to use for sampling, and to sell to face to face customers if the opportunity comes up.

The second is to give the business time to grow. There is simply no business that grows overnight. And a direct sales business with Synergy or any other company is not a get rich quick scheme. Yes you will need to put in the work, put in the time, make some sacrifices and endure some frustration…but I can assure you it is worth it. If you are after a secure weekly income without many hassles, this is not the business for you. Building a Synergy business takes time, commitment and a desire to persist in the early stages until the business begins to take shape and grow.

Be willing to be mentored. You can truly shortcut most of the learning process if you’re open to be coached and supported by the many team members who have been involved with the business longer than you have. They are not your boss or supervisor, but simply people who have a vested interest in your success, because your success is also theirs.

Finally, educate yourself. There are many myths, mis-truths and misunderstandings as to how a network marketing business works and why people should or should not get involved. My suggestion is to ask those who are actually involved in the business as to what is the truth and what it really takes to make it. Somebody who got into a company for a week back in the 80s, or bought a product once and it did not meet their needs, is probably not going to give you the full picture you need. The direct sales/network marketing industry has been ongoing for over 100 years, and continues to create financial freedom, lifestyle and time freedom for over a million distributors worldwide.

The most important thing I ask of you, is to ask your potential sponsor any questions you have in order to get started and make Synergy work for you. Be open to learning the truth about this business, and positive about making it work for you. I assure you, once you truly ‘get’ this business, you will have made a decision that will not only help create success, but create a life of significance.
